Household Imprint: A deep dive into and an exploration of your childhood home
Household Imprint: A deep dive into and an exploration of your childhood home
We don’t learn how to run and manage a household at school or at university. We learn it in our childhood home. We learn it from the environment that we grew up in. We learn how to run and manage a home from our parents and our closest caregivers. From that, comes our own unique ‘household imprint’.
Until we explore our patterning, take a look at our household imprint and bring awareness to all the ‘being’ and ‘doing’ that occurs in our home we more often than not are asleep to the reasons why we do the things that we do.
Instead of making an aware, informed decision we simply replicate/repeat what was done in our childhood home. Repeating the habits and behaviours that feel comfortable, that feel familiar, the things that have been done before us.
In this workbook we take a take a closer look at what you learnt about the home, what you believe about the home, the ways in which you interact with the home and your household skillset.
Give yourself the chance to see and do things differently around your home.
